What are our minimums to print?
Minimum order quantities for screen printing:
T-shirts, hoodie/crewneck sweatshirts, and sweatpants require at least 120 pieces with a maximum of 2 colors per item and 1 design.
For embroidery: T-shirts, hoodie/crewneck sweatshirts, sweatpants require at least 60 pieces and backpacks, hats, and denim require a minimum of 30 pieces, all with 1 design.
For dye sublimation: Inquire to find out as each order is different.
Vinyl heat applications require a minimum of 60 pieces.

When will my job be finished?
Every job has a different time frame.
Let's take Screen Printing for instance. Artwork should be submitted and on a mock up telling us the exact size, pantone colors, placement and colors should be separated if it has multiple colors. If we get all of that out of the way and can get an initial print approved we can start work on an order in as soon as a few days if we are not busy. Our printer is capable of printing 1000 single color prints an hour.
If it's sublimation we will need to get the artwork in a minimum of 300dpi. If they are fully sublimated jerseys, tops, shorts etc those can take anywhere from 6 weeks to a few months depending on quantities.
For embroidery, if we get the artwork quickly, we can digitize it and start in as few as 1-3 days if we are not busy. We have a 6 head embroidery machine that can knock out large or low quantity orders quite quickly.
